Catia V5 CAD Designer / Layout Engineer
Location: Liverpool
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be fully proficient in Catia V5 CAD, designing Assembly Tooling for Body Construction (BIW).  Creation of CAD Assembly Tooling in CATIA V5 for BIW & Trim assembly projects.  Develop and maintain facility layout designs in FactoryCAD / AutoCAD. Ensure data is up to date and reflects the required levels of maturity at any given point in time.  Liaise with other functional areas including manufacturing, supply base and program teams, to ensure designs are delivery in accordance with the program time scale.

Process Engineer

Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will have considerable experience in Process Engineering, ideally with an Automotive BIW background. Responsible for the development of work place layouts, & assembly processes – Generating manufacturing processes and assembly instructions, tools, equipment and gauging to be used in the assembly of vehicle body structures.
Skills Required;
- Create and maintain Process Designer Databases, to Customer standards and plant specific processes / specifications
- Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product
- Assist Designers and Simulators in developing the structural design of products, using drafting tools or computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software
- Provide feedback to Design Engineers on customer problems and needs

Reporting to the Engineering Manager The Electrical Design Manager will oversee the day to day running of all aspects of the electrical design team. They will be responsible for the management of the design team resources including manpower and design tools.
